TCHC's Ex CEO Kathy Milsom Wrongful Dismissal

I seem to have acquired a habit of tweeting a stream of consciousness thoughts when I least expect it.    This is often how I determine whether or not I  have enough for an article. Here's a glimpse at my process.  

1 - TCHC (@TOHousing) you need a better Risk Management Strategy. Let me know if you want some pointers. 2 - Marshman needs to decline the acceptance of the CEO position until after all court proceedings involving Kathy Milsom based on the appearance of a Conflict of Interest.

4 - Mayor Tory needs to start insisting on more transparency at TCHC. There needs to be monthly board/committee meetings (You know the first Building, Finance, and Audit Committee meeting of 2019 isn't until April 11th, 2019? That's not even quarterly). ...

6 - May I also suggest that in terms of well established best business practices that TCHC add an Ethics and Corporate Responsibility Committee to the list of committee's that would report directly to the board. @TOhousing needs to start operating within an ethical framework.

9 - Why have we not heard from the Chief Financial Officer at TCHC (@TOhousing) regarding this whole mess they got themselves in with Kathy Milsom? Would this issue not have fallen under their purview? How much are they covered to pay out in a wrongful dismissal case?
